Tuscan Chicken with White Beans and Spinach

I made a couple of changes though and cooked bone-in chicken breasts in the crock pot (for 5-6 hours on low) with the bacon grease (the bacon is key) and all the seasonings instead of in the skillet.  I then poured the broth/drippings from the crockpot into the bean and tomato mix in the skillet and let simmer.  So simple & amazing =)  Enjoy!
