IT'S A....

BOY!!! Eeep, we are so excited!  Apparently I am a little ahead of schedule and now due June 23rd...which is fine by me : )  The sooner the better...we are dying to meet this little guy.

Ryan took the rest of the day off to celebrate.  We went to Bread & Cup for some yummo lunch and then on a little shopping spree to jump-start peanut's closet.  Ryan definitely found some winner pieces :]

Once Upon A Child rocks.  We found lots of neat little items for $1-3.  Woo hoo!

18 Weeks

18 weeks!  I have been feeling all sorts of little movements and flips :]  It is crazy that it is moving around so much already.  Other than that, I am feeling great and craving watermelon and green smoothies....come on summer!

17 weeks!

It seems like time is moving so SLOW!  We can't wait to find out what we are having in a few weeks.

Latest happenings...pregnancy brain.  Thought it was a joke.  But I find myself putting the milk in the pantry and forgetting SO many basic things (appointments, names, not being able to multi-task as well...).  Ooops! Hope this gets better.  Other than that, morning sickness has subsided, and I am just one sleepy mama all the time :]  Oh...and I could eat a cinnamon scone from Great Harvest every morning if that were an option.

Growing Baby

The past 3 1/2 months have been full of many new experiences:  lots of food aversions (especially sausage....Ryan had to cook a lot/most of things outside for a while), a few food cravings (such as pickles wrapped in cream cheese and ham...then sliced :), barely making it out of hobby lobby to lose breakfast on the sidewalk, hearing the heartbeat, aaand feeling like an 80 year old after walking up a simple flight of stairs.  Ooops.

All in all, it has been great...I guess there is little room to complain when carrying a miracle :]  Can't wait to meet this little peanut!
